Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods, new product launches or holiday promotions, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days due to high order volume.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
International Shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your destination and your local postal service.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure quick and reliable delivery, however delays can occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to adjust the address or reroute packages.
Any orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur an additional re-shipping fee.
